   One benefit of your ChargeMax software is 30 days of FREE support.  This support begins on the day
   you activate your software and includes both telephone and email support.  We encourage you to take
   advantage of this benefit to help you get started quickly.

  Email Support

   Our email support is free for all ChargeMax software.  Use our Email Support Request Form or send
   us an email message at support@chargemax.com.  Please  include your company name, your  name,
   and your License ID.  Your License ID can be found on the label inside the ChargeMax CD case,  in your
   purchase confirmation email, or on the About ChargeMax PC screen.  Emails are responded to within one
   business day during normal business days.

  Telephone Support Plans

   After the initial 30 day warranty support period, telephone support is available as part of our customer
   support plans.  Our telephone support specialists provide you with unlimited professional level support
   that is designed to save you time, boost your productivity and help you get the most out of your
   ChargeMax investment.
