FREE support. This support begins on the day
you activate your software and includes both telephone and email support.

free for all ChargeMax software. Use our

us an email message at
support@chargemax.com.
Please include your company name, your name,
and your License ID.
Your License ID can be found on the label inside the ChargeMax CD case, in your
purchase confirmation email, or on the
About ChargeMax PC screen. Emails are responded to within one
business day during normal business days.

After the initial 30 day warranty
support period, telephone support is available as part of our customer
support plans. Our telephone support
specialists provide you with unlimited professional level support
that is
