If you’re not
completely satisfied with your ChargeMax software, you're entitled
to a money-back guarantee within 30 days of the date your software
was activated. We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from
and fulfilled by ChargeMax.com. If you just need to return an
item, submit our online
RMA Request Form.
How and When
Refunds are Processed
If you would
like to process a return, you must complete and submit a RMA in the
Returns Center. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund
once we've
received and processed the returned license. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in
the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within
5 to 7 business days of our
receiving your return. If you are returning an electronic download license, there is nothing
for you to return.
How
Refunds are Calculated
The amount of your refund depends on several
factors:
ChargeMax PC, Net and Express software
licenses sold and fulfilled by ChargeMax.com may be returned to
ChargeMax.com
(5280 Technology) within 30 days of the license
activation date for a full refund, provided the CD-ROM and
packaging is not
missing any parts and is in its original
condition. The packaging condition requirement does not
apply to electronic download licenses.
Refunds are not available for VeriFone PCCharge licenses purchased
from ChargeMax.com or 5280 Technology, LLC.
Any software
license (CD-ROM or electronic download) that is returned more
than 30 days after activation: no refunds are provided.
Any software
license that was delivered on a CD-ROM that is not in its
original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not
due to error, will receive 75% of the license's price.
Any freight
and shipping costs paid by the licensee are not refundable.
Refunds from
Other Sellers
Software purchased from other sellers must be returned
directly to that seller. Upon receipt of your return, the seller will contact us to initiate the refund
process. The refund will be issued to the seller who is responsible for issuing the refund to the
end-user. Please note that not all sellers offer refunds.
