QuickBooks sales forms (Sales Receipts, Receive Payments, and
Credit Memos) so your sales data and payment authorization
details are stored together in QuickBooks where they belong.
Choose Your Processor
With
ChargeMax PC, you can process payments using any PCCharge
certified merchant processor. VeriFone's popular PCCharge
software has been certified by most major payment processors and
has been proven over time and by over 150,000 users. That
means you may be able to use your current merchant account, or
choose one that fits your business needs. Select a
processor based on their knowledge of your business, rates,
customer service, reporting or other important considerations
and know their service can be used to process payments within
QuickBooks.
Flexible Payment Processing with
QuickBooks
How your
transactions are recorded in QuickBooks is up to you. Use
standard QuickBooks forms to record sales, voids and returns.
You may process a swiped or keyed payment immediately after
entering it or save the payment processing for later and process
it along with others as a group. You can process recurring
charges as well. ChargeMax PC enables you to accept all
major credit cards, debit cards (without PIN), and Level II
commercial cards and purchasing cards.
Connect The Way You Want
Because
ChargeMax PC leverages the proven transaction processing
capabilities of VeriFone's PCCharge software to handle the
payment processing details, you may connect to your merchant
processor using a modem and dial-up phone line or, for select
processors, using the Internet.
